Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven, self‑motivated Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition of new clients and partnerships in Hong Kong. The role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and can align business development activities with overall company strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and convert high‑potential B2B or B2C clients, building a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, events and outbound initiatives.
• Lead the full business development lifecycle from prospecting to pitching and closing.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align strategies with company goals and provide market insights.
• Oversee smooth onboarding of new clients and ensure clear handover to operations and delivery teams.
• Represent the company professionally at external meetings, networking events and conferences.
• Report on pipeline status, sales forecasting and financial gating processes, presenting regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken & written) with good Mandarin communication skills.
• Results‑oriented, high‑energy, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Resilient negotiator, confident communicator and strategic thinker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• 5+ years of business development experience with a proven track record of building pipelines and closing large accounts.
