Campaign Director (PR)

About the role

TEAM LEWIS, a global marketing agency, is looking for a Campaign Director (PR) in Causeway Bay. The role leads the Campaign team, manages client accounts and drives profitable growth, while also handling media relations, content and digital/social media strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Client management: build strategic relationships, define KPIs, deadlines and service agreements, and act as a senior partner in campaign delivery
• Lead the new business process with local and regional leadership, including pitching and tendering
• Media relations: create media opportunities, advise on narrative and thought leadership, and share media knowledge with the team
• Content: oversee high-quality content, quality control and the content strategy with the client
• Digital and social media: promote new tools and processes, manage client activity and work with the digital team to sell digital services
• Team leadership: coach, supervise and assess team members, set objectives, monitor budgets and negotiate with clients and suppliers
• Recruitment and retention: work with the Talent and HR teams to hire, reward and develop staff
• Reporting: ensure account profitability, report KPIs and account performance to senior management
• Training, brand promotion and internal/external recruitment promotion

Required profile

• Senior Campaign Manager or Campaign Director level experience in a B2B, corporate, consumer or digital communications agency
• Track record of retaining clients and growing account revenue
• Commercial mindset with strong strategic client consultancy skills
• Assertive, influential leader able to coach and motivate a team
• Able to advise on PR requirements and broader marketing strategy
