Intern - Account Servicing Team

About the role

TEAM LEWIS, a global marketing agency, is looking for an intern to provide administrative support to its Account Servicing team. The intern develops a clear understanding of the team's requirements and objectives, handles several tasks and projects at once, and takes a proactive and supportive approach. The internship lasts 3 or 6 months, with a view to a permanent role depending on business and individual performance.

Key responsibilities

• Client management: support the new business process through research and coordination, and help coordinate press tours, events and review programmes
• Media relations: research journalists, bloggers and analysts, monitor news sources, alert the team to breaking news, and organise media interviews and press briefings
• Content: draft written materials and press content for traditional and digital media, and manage simple social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Reporting and analysis: track media activity such as coverage reports, press clippings and online engagement, report account performance at account reviews, and provide reports to the Campaign Director or senior management on request
• General: support ad hoc initiatives, promote the TEAM LEWIS brand, and take part in account servicing projects

Required profile

• Inquisitive, calm under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills and good English
• Attention to detail and professional telephone manner
• Flexible attitude and interest in a career in integrated marketing (PR, social, data, digital)
• No experience needed
