Client Manager / AVP – FINPRO

About the role

Join Marsh's FINPRO team in Hong Kong to manage a portfolio of global corporate clients, drive new business, and support daily client inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global corporate client portfolios, including insurance program renewal and new business development.
• Understand client risk exposure and deliver insurance solutions using Marsh’s client servicing model.
• Collaborate with other business units to provide comprehensive, holistic solutions.
• Interact regularly with clients, addressing coverage questions, program adjustments, and account issues.
• Maintain account profitability, budget, and receivables, and ensure compliance with Marsh professional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, legal, commerce or equivalent discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance brokerage, legal, or financial services.
• Ambitious, solution‑focused with strong client relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
