Client Manager - Corporate Team

About the role

Marsh is looking for a talented Client Manager to join its local Corporate Broking team in Hong Kong. You will lead personal accounts, develop sales opportunities, and ensure high‑quality service for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set goals, implement action plans, monitor progress and protect the firm from Errors & Omissions.
• Draft comprehensive project documents such as white papers, quantitative analyses and presentations to support sales opportunities.
• Research markets and industries to identify growth areas and trends for internal use.
• Conduct data analyses to support proposal creation and client‑facing presentations.
• Address escalated client issues, manage expectations and mitigate relationship risks.
• Provide technical and transactional support for complex or high‑priority relationships.
• Develop strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organisations.
• Attend industry events and conferences to build a professional network and represent the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Holder of ACII or ANZIIF certification is preferable.
• 6+ years experience in broking or general insurance.
• Strong command of Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Ambitious, solution‑focused with strong client and underwriter relationship management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word (English and Chinese).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• PowerPoint presentation skills.
