Clinical Application Consultant

About the role

Join a leading multinational provider of clinical information systems serving hospitals in Hong Kong and Macau. As a Clinical Application Consultant you will work closely with healthcare IT engineers, technical consultants and project managers to deliver and support sophisticated clinical applications across intensive care, operating theatres, obstetrics, radiology and cardiology units.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Clinical Information Systems (CIS) to meet specific customer requirements.
• Deliver professional training programs for end‑users and ensure successful system go‑live.
• Provide pre‑sales clinical support, assist with project implementation and offer post‑sales consultation.
• Collaborate with internal Project Managers, Technical Consultants, Field Service Engineers and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, biomedical science, biomedical engineering or a related field.
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with the Hong Kong Nursing Council or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in clinical settings such as ICU, HDU, paediatrics or with CIS is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English.
• Strong interest in medical informatics and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
