Content & Marketing Manager (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

Canto Gen, a leading AI platform for Cantonese Text‑to‑Speech, is looking for a mid‑senior Content & Marketing Manager to shape and execute its brand narrative across digital channels. Based in Hong Kong with a hybrid work model, you will help position the company’s hyper‑realistic Cantonese voice technology in both local and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content and brand strategy for the website, social media, email, and partner platforms.
• Create and localise marketing copy in English and Cantonese, ensuring consistent messaging that highlights the unique value of Canto Gen’s TTS solution.
• Manage editorial calendars, coordinate multi‑channel campaigns, and produce case studies and other marketing assets.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to translate technical features into compelling stories.
• Analyse performance metrics, optimise campaigns, and identify new growth and community‑engagement opportunities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, or SaaS growth, preferably in an agency or tech‑startup environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills for web, marketing materials, and social content, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Fluency in written English and Cantonese.
• Experience working in a hybrid setting and collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, Media, or equivalent practical experience.
