Corporate Audit Manager

About the role

The Corporate Audit Manager will lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of non‑financial‑services clients, ensuring high‑quality delivery and compliance with regulatory standards. Reporting to the engagement partner, you will translate audit insights into actionable recommendations while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate audit teams, overseeing annual, SOX and statutory audits across multiple industries.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor all phases of audit engagements to meet agreed deadlines and milestones.
• Coach and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting professional development.
• Maintain effective client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Assist in preparing audit proposals, presentations, and financial analysis reports.
• Conduct financial statement reviews and support finance analysis reporting.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with a minimum of five years’ audit experience at a major firm.
• Demonstrated knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP; additional accreditation is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred.
• Proactive, analytical, and able to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
