Customer Success Manager, Data Center Delivery

About the role

DayOne is looking for a senior Customer Success Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of data centre projects and ongoing service operations. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them from construction through live SLA performance while leading virtual delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for customers across project delivery and service operations, building trust‑based relationships and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Lead virtual delivery teams to manage data centre construction, customization, and handover, ensuring schedules, quality, costs, risks and escalations are controlled.
• Coordinate internal resources from sales, design, construction, testing and commissioning to meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor SLA performance during the operations phase, drive continuous improvement and proactive risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, procurement, audit requirements and ITIL standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in the data centre industry, MEP consultancy or construction with direct project delivery and client management exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, ITIL frameworks and SLA management.
