Director of Vertical Sales – Industrial/Automotive

About the role

PSA BDP is seeking a Director of Vertical Sales for the Industrial/Automotive vertical. The role will drive revenue growth across the APAC region by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and secure revenue and market share from new customers in the Industrial, Tech and Automotive sectors across APAC.
• Act as a “hunter” to onboard new customers while retaining and developing existing accounts.
• Build strategic relationships with key contacts to identify value‑creation opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to design tailored logistics solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts and pricing, and close deals.
• Respond to RFPs, create presentations, and monitor sales leads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning and new opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales plans and campaigns to capture market opportunities.
• Represent PSA BDP at industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in logistics or supply‑chain sales.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international logistics.
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic customer relationships.
