Distribution Center Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Distribution Center Quality Assurance Manager will lead product integrity teams in Hong Kong, ensuring garment quality standards are met throughout the inspection process. This role involves training, resource allocation, and close collaboration with production teams to maintain high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
• Implement and monitor inspection/measurement teams, preparing reports and presentations.
• Communicate production issues, rejections, and solutions via email.
• Review detailed quality inspection records and maintain documentation on digital platforms.
• Interview, hire, and manage inspection staff, handling performance and disciplinary actions.
• Attend to and resolve quality issues across different distribution centers.
• Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in textile or fashion design preferred.
• 3‑5 years experience in textile factories or weaving companies.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving, and analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to measure and inspect high‑end garments.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
