Logistics Specialist

About the role

The Logistics Specialist supports regional inbound and outbound logistics operations across APAC, coordinating shipments and ensuring compliance with import/export requirements. This role works closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to maintain efficient, cost‑effective product movement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import and export shipments across APAC, from factories to ALO destinations.
• Track shipments, proactively resolve delivery delays or transportation issues.
• Monitor carrier and 3PL performance using business analytics tools.
• Prepare regular logistics reports and shipment performance updates.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Distribution, and Customer Service to ensure smooth product flow.
• Assist with freight invoice verification and logistics cost control.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, service levels, and operational efficiency.
• Support logistics projects and tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager or Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 3+ years experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or freight operations.
• Basic understanding of import/export processes and shipping documentation; knowledge of China, Korea or Australia inbound is a plus.
• Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders or 3PL providers.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, Thoughtspot or other BI tools.
• Knowledge of ERP, TMS or other logistics systems.
