Full-Stack Developer

About the role

TOPPAN Security, the international security business of the TOPPAN Group, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to design, develop and maintain web applications and custom software solutions. The role spans front-end and back-end technologies, with collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable and high-quality applications. The ideal candidate uses AI-augmented development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end components.
• Build responsive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain back-end services with Spring Framework, Quarkus or .NET.
• Integrate and maintain RESTful web APIs and gRPC services.
• Work with databases such as MSSQL, MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Write clean, efficient, secure and well-documented code and take part in code reviews.
• Contribute to scalable applications using microservice architecture and stay up to date with emerging technologies.
• Explore AI-augmented tools to support coding, debugging, design and code quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of full-stack development experience; 3-5 years is the target range.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Framework, Quarkus or .NET.
• Practical experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC; familiarity with microservices and Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Experience with MSSQL, MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and to travel internationally for projects, meetings and training.
