Human Resources Director

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead the full spectrum of HR activities for a mid‑size conglomerate based in Hong Kong. The role combines strategic partnership with business leaders and hands‑on execution of talent, compensation, and employee experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and off‑boarding processes.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR advisory, workforce planning, and employee engagement programs aligned with business goals.
• Redesign the Compensation & Benefits framework, including salary benchmarking, job grading, benefits review, incentive schemes, and policy enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment legislation, internal policies, and HR governance standards.
• Oversee HR operations, HRIS administration, and continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and reporting.
• Develop and implement policies and programs that foster a high‑performance culture and support organizational growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing HR operations, preferably within Hong Kong’s property sector.
• Deep knowledge of Hong Kong labour laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
