Information Technology Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Support Engineer to provide fast‑paced, high‑quality technical assistance to end‑users, including executive and VIP customers. The role involves troubleshooting Windows desktop environments, supporting video‑conferencing equipment, and handling a variety of service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for Windows 7, Windows 8, Office 2010 and Office 365 desktops.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, printer, and operating‑system issues.
• Provide remote assistance using Microsoft Remote Desktop, Apple Remote Desktop, and VNC.
• Support video‑conferencing units and manage related tickets.
• Re‑image laptops and PCs, manage Active Directory, Autopilot and Microsoft Intune.
• Utilise SCCM for software deployment and updates.
• Maintain network connectivity, static IP, DHCP, VLAN and VPN configurations.
• Document troubleshooting steps and create clear user instructions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a technical support or help‑desk environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to support VIP users.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to follow directions from senior engineers and work independently.
