Infrastructure Manager (Network & System)

About the role

KVB Trading (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and operation of both cloud and on‑premise environments. The role supports critical enterprise applications such as SAP and HANA while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, deploy and administer AWS production workloads (EC2, RDS, S3, KMS, VPC).
• Collaborate with development teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Develop automation scripts in PowerShell, Python and Bash for Windows and Linux systems.
• Design, install and manage on‑premise infrastructure including Lenovo servers and VMware vSphere.
• Oversee Equinix data‑center hardware, Fortinet firewalls, Cisco routers/switches and network backbone devices.
• Implement backup and disaster‑recovery solutions (Tape, NAS) and conduct regular validation drills.
• Provide tier‑1 incident response, root‑cause analysis and performance tuning for SAP/HANA environments.
• Deploy monitoring, logging and alerting platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana and the ELK Stack.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on IT infrastructure management experience.
• Strong background in Windows Server and major Linux distributions (Red Hat, Ubuntu, SUSE).
• Proven expertise with VMware vSphere, Fortinet firewalls and Cisco networking hardware.
• Demonstrated experience managing AWS production workloads; AWS Professional certification preferred.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps toolsets (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
