Key Account Manager - Hong Kong

About the role

Clinigen, a globally recognized specialty pharmaceutical services organization focused on improving patient access to essential medicines, is looking for a Key Account Manager based in Hong Kong. The role manages key client relationships and drives the strategic development and growth of the product portfolio in the territory, engaging directly with healthcare professionals and procurement departments so that Clinigen's products are integrated into relevant clinical pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in oncology and hematology to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and grow key accounts in the Hong Kong private hospital sector, aligned with Clinigen's commercial objectives.
• Navigate and optimize procurement processes across private hospitals, working with procurement teams and stakeholders.
• Drive strategies to secure public funding for rare disease treatments by liaising with healthcare payors and government agencies.
• Collaborate with medical affairs, market access and marketing to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in key account management in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of the local healthcare market dynamics in Hong Kong.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet customer requirements.
