About the role

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support private markets and alternative investment activities across a diverse range of asset classes and investment strategies. The role sits at the intersection of front‑to‑back operations, working closely with investment professionals, finance, legal, technology, risk, and external counterparties to facilitate transaction execution, lifecycle management, and operational risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and position management.
• Coordinate transaction execution and closing activities with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
• Ensure trade economics, cash flows, and lifecycle events are accurately captured within relevant systems and platforms.
• Investigate and resolve trade exceptions, breaks, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Partner with investment, finance, legal, risk, and technology teams to support new products, business initiatives, and process improvements.
• Analyze complex transaction structures and develop scalable operational solutions for booking, lifecycle processing, and reporting.
• Contribute to operational risk management through effective controls, documentation, and governance practices.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and change‑management activities related to systems, processes, and new business initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of operational processes within financial markets.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and collaborate across functions and geographies.
