Maintenance Officer / Assistant Maintenance Officer

About the role

The Maintenance Officer (or Assistant Maintenance Officer) will be responsible for the upkeep and safe operation of the Estoril Court residential development in Mid‑Levels. This role ensures that all building services and electrical systems function reliably for residents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical and building service systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialised works and oversee quality of service.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, safety checks, and equipment logs.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and internal safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant maintenance experience (candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant role).
• Holder of a Grade “A” registered electrician licence and a valid safety card.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
