Manager, Supply Chain PMO & Executive Support

About the role

Brenntag is hiring a Manager for its Supply Chain PMO and executive support function in the New Territories. The role combines project governance and portfolio management across procurement, logistics, operations, customer service, warehousing and continuous improvement, with direct administrative and business-planning support to the VP Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic supply chain projects, set up project governance, track progress and drive accountability across functional teams
• Maintain the project portfolio and roadmap, prioritise by business value and monitor budgets, resources and timelines
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, digitalisation and automation initiatives and share best practices
• Manage the VP's calendar, travel, meetings and briefings, draft executive communications and prepare board and management presentations
• Support annual budgeting, strategic planning and monthly/quarterly business reviews
• Track KPI dashboards such as OTIF, inventory turns, working capital, logistics cost, procurement savings, safety performance and customer service levels
• Coordinate governance reviews, act as liaison between Supply Chain leadership and other departments, and handle special projects such as acquisitions, integrations and network optimisation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related field; MBA is an advantage
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management, PMO, supply chain, operations or business management
• Experience working closely with senior executives and managing cross-functional, regional projects
• Preferred certifications: PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong Power BI and reporting tools
• SAP or ERP experience preferred
• Project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet or Monday.com
