Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Veolia Hong Kong Holding Limited, part of the Veolia Group, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for its O Park 1 site in Siu Ho Wan, Tung Chung. The role supervises warehouse staff and keeps the warehouse running smoothly, working closely with the procurement and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel, including receiving, storing and distributing goods.
• Ensure timely receipt of incoming shipments and verify quantities and quality of goods.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and O&M team and report to the procurement officer on department performance.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and analyses for management review.
• Maintain inventory levels through regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse safe and tidy, identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Diploma in Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics or another business-related discipline.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Able to work multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fair communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Short notice or immediate availability is preferable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google applications or Microsoft Office applications.
