Procurement Clerk

About the role

Waylung Waste Services Limited, a subsidiary of Veolia Hong Kong & Macau, collects and treats solid, liquid and chemical waste and offers smart recycling and digitalised collection services in Hong Kong. It is looking for a Procurement Clerk based in Fanling to support its purchasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and understand core procurement requirements.
• Coordinate and execute tailored procurement plans so that project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Drive end-to-end purchasing, including sourcing, managing RFQs and facilitating competitive tendering.
• Support administrative operations so that purchasing initiatives align with corporate goals.
• Ensure adherence to Veolia's policies, approval flows and delegated authorities.
• Build collaborative relationships across operational, commercial and finance teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or another business-related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
• Experience in waste management, recycling or environmental services is a distinct advantage.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Procurement Officer position.
