Modular Construction Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Modular Construction Coordinator to oversee the quality and installation of modular integrated construction (MiC) and design‑for‑manufacture‑and‑assembly (DfMA) components at our Kwu Tung North site. The role ensures compliance with approved designs, standards and authority approvals while coordinating with designers, engineers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure on‑site installations of MiC, DfMA and off‑site prefabricated components meet approved designs, specifications and quality standards.
• Obtain all necessary approvals and clearances from relevant authorities before manufacturing or assembling volumetric modules.
• Prepare and submit detailed schedules, drawings, method statements and installation programmes to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with designers, design checkers, resident architects, structural and building services engineers to resolve site coordination issues.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the installation programme and milestone dates for MiC and DfMA sequences.
• Attend regular and ad‑hoc coordination meetings and provide solutions to arising problems.
• Perform any additional duties related to site construction activities as required.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification in building construction or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of site experience in construction.
• At least 5 years of experience as Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager on projects involving MiC, DfMA or off‑site prefabrication, including integration of building services modules.
