职位概况

负责中环长江集团中心II期大厦的电器、水喉、木工、油漆及泥水等设施的保养与维修工作，并在现场指导团队。

主要职责

亲自实施电器、水喉、木工、油漆、泥水等日常保养与维修。
协助高级工程主管监督团队进行日常维护、翻新和维修。
根据轮班安排，确保7.30-20.00之间的工作时段覆盖。

任职要求

中学或以上学历，具备3年以上相关工作经验。
具备木工、油漆、泥水工程维修经验者优先。
持有效建造业安全卡，拥有吊船操作证、密闭空间作业证或铝架搭建证者优先。
持有木工/鬆漆及装饰/云石/泥水工程中级或以上工艺测试证书者优先。
持有注册水喉匠牌照或注册电工“A”牌以上者优先。
流利粤语，具基本中文书写能力。
