About the role
The Procurement Data & Process Optimization Specialist will drive the standardisation of procurement processes, enhance digital capabilities, and deliver measurable cost savings across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional standardisation initiatives and review operational performance.
- Research and develop procurement process optimisation and digital initiatives, including ERP/P2P and automation tools.
- Design and implement global sourcing strategies to achieve cost reductions.
- Manage supplier performance and cultivate strategic partnerships.
- Strengthen procurement governance, KPI tracking, and spend transparency.
Required profile
- 5–10+ years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain functions.
- Strong background in indirect procurement and global sourcing.
- Proven track record of cost optimisation and transformation projects.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business, including destinations such as Mainland China and Vietnam.
