Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for a leading insurance organization. The role will own end‑to‑end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring they meet timeline, budget and innovation objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor digital transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and milestones aligned with business goals.
• Track progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk management and regulatory standards.
• Support budgeting activities, including forecasting, expenditure tracking and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology, operations and business teams to drive collaboration.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum five years of project management experience, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Proven record of delivering technology‑focused or digital transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with influence at all organizational levels.
• Highly organized, proactive and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
