Python Software Developer – Low Latency Trading

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Python Software Developer to join our DV Equities desk. You will help build and enhance a low‑latency trading platform that provides liquidity to global financial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior traders and experienced developers to design, implement, and maintain core trading system components.
• Extend existing functionality, improve performance, and develop new features aligned with market opportunities.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Contribute ideas based on personal interests and technical strengths.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience using Python.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in algorithmic and quantitative trading.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
