Recruiter – Hong Kong & East Asia

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for Hong Kong and the broader East Asia region. The role includes managing campus hiring programmes, building talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Hong Kong and East Asia roles, from job posting to onboarding coordination.
• Lead campus recruitment and graduate programmes, coordinating university partnerships, career talks, interviews and offer issuance.
• Collaborate with Country Managers, business leaders and HQ HR to define hiring needs and optimise recruitment strategies.
• Source talent actively via LinkedIn, job platforms, talent mapping, headhunter management and regional talent pools.
• Provide English‑language communication with global HQ, cross‑border candidates, vendors and regional teams; prepare recruitment reports and candidate profiles.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment regulations, company HR policies and global onboarding/payroll systems.
• Track recruitment data, update dashboards, summarise hiring progress and support annual manpower planning.
• Enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer branding in Hong Kong and East Asia markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• 1–3 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in Hong Kong or East Asia.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin fluency required for local communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open positions and campus recruitment projects independently.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate with HQ, regional leaders, local teams and external agencies.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work under fast‑paced regional business demands.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong recruitment market, employment compliance and common hiring practices is a plus.
• Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools is advantageous.
