Regional HR Business Partner

About the role

The Regional HR Business Partner reports to the Director of People & Organization, Asia Pacific and is based in Hong Kong. The role partners with retail and corporate teams across regional markets to deliver HR projects, manage talent pipelines, and support performance and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage sourcing channels such as agencies, referrals, online platforms and advertising to attract talent.
• Own the full employee life‑cycle: recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding, probation and off‑boarding.
• Administer performance management processes, including annual reviews, MBOs and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with global HR standards, local regulations and internal policies.
• Act as a trusted partner to store and area managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Provide talent and performance guidance, including career counseling, team structuring and objective setting.
• Collaborate with the HR Controller on budgeting, headcount planning and expense forecasting.
• Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives to embed Moncler culture.
• Assist the Director of HR in implementing regional and global HR projects, focusing on process optimisation and digital transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in HR management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience in a large multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and compliance matters.
• Proactive, methodical and results‑oriented with excellent organisational attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
