Sales Expert Account Management

About the role

SoftwareOne is looking for a Sales Expert in Account Management to serve as the primary point of contact for our enterprise customers. You will build long‑term relationships, drive new business, and ensure the successful delivery of our software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers and executive sponsors.
• Proactively identify new opportunities, acquire new logos, and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and strengthen teamwork.
• Understand customer needs and business objectives, proposing appropriate solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions and day‑to‑day customer satisfaction.
• Create and execute account strategies with short, mid, and long‑term goals for growth, profitability, retention, and satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate all account activities, forecasting metrics and financial data.
• Engage stakeholders from IT to C‑level, articulating business value and showcasing outcomes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional sales experience in high‑tech or service‑related industries, preferably software sales.
• Proven track record selling to mid‑size and large enterprise customers.
• Ability to quickly build trust with C‑level executives.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Solid problem‑solving and consultative selling capabilities.
