Sales Manager – Off‑Trade (Hong Kong Market)

About the role

As a Sales Manager, Off‑Trade, you will be responsible for driving volume and net sales across all off‑trade channels in the Hong Kong market, working closely with our local distributor. You will lead joint business planning, trade‑marketing execution and supply‑chain coordination to achieve commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the distributor to set annual sales targets, promotional calendars and distribution goals for all off‑trade sub‑channels.
• Monitor monthly, quarterly and annual performance against KPIs, and co‑create action plans to close gaps.
• Align trade‑marketing initiatives with the distributor to ensure high‑impact campaigns, retailer activations and optimal ROI.
• Oversee retail excellence, including shelf share, planogram compliance, pricing integrity and promotional execution in modern and general trade outlets.
• Drive e‑commerce growth by optimizing product listings and campaigns on local online platforms.
• Partner with the distributor on demand forecasting, stock cover, sell‑in and sell‑through to avoid stock‑outs or excess inventory.
• Conduct regular trade visits to gather market intelligence and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing off‑trade sales for beverage or consumer‑goods brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with distributors, trade‑marketing teams and supply‑chain partners.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
