Account Manager – Drive Cloud & Software Solutions

About the role

SoftwareOne is seeking an Account Manager in Hong Kong to act as a strategic partner for enterprise customers. You will guide clients through digital transformation, accelerate cloud adoption, and ensure they receive maximum value from our software and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, acquire new logos, and strengthen market presence.
• Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies with short-, mid-, and long‑term growth, retention, and profitability goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions while owning the overall customer experience and day‑to‑day service excellence.
• Cultivate strong internal partnerships to drive collaboration and execution of sales strategies across teams.
• Track and forecast account metrics, KPIs, and financial data, communicating business value and outcomes achieved through advisory, delivery, and managed services.

Required profile

• Professional sales experience in high‑tech or service‑related industry, preferably with successful software sales.
• Proven track record selling to mid‑size and large enterprise customers.
• Ability to quickly establish trust with C‑level executives.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented, with strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
• Solid problem‑solving and consultative selling abilities.
