Senior Engineer – Partner Network Management (Greater China)

About the role

The Senior Engineer – Partner Network Management will lead the strategic planning, development and optimisation of third‑party air network capacity across Asia‑Pacific, focusing on Greater China. Acting as a bridge between network planning, airline partners, operations, procurement and commercial teams, the role ensures partner solutions deliver reliable, flexible and cost‑effective service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and recommend airline, charter, interline and transportation partners to meet evolving network needs.
• Develop market‑specific capacity strategies aligned with growth opportunities, customer requirements and operational resilience.
• Conduct network analyses to select optimal partners based on performance, capacity, transit times and cost.
• Support long‑term initiatives such as new market launches, network expansion, contingency planning and seasonal capacity adjustments.
• Lead partner onboarding from concept through operational launch, coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 0‑10 years of experience in air network design, planning or related logistics functions.
• Business‑level fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is strongly preferred.
• Strong project management and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work collaboratively across network planning, operations, procurement and external vendors.
