Senior Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Group’s financial reporting and consolidation processes. The role will provide accurate, timely insights to support management decisions and drive overall business performance across Greater China.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly Group‑level financial reporting and consolidation, preparing analyses and commentary on performance, drivers and risks.
• Oversee accounting operations of headquarters entities, delivering accurate reports and insights on cost efficiency, working capital and financial performance.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and governance to Business Lines, ensuring compliance with HK and PRC standards while supporting commercial objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen financial controls across all Group entities.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth statutory audits and high‑quality reporting.
• Support M&A activities throughout the deal lifecycle, including financial evaluation, modelling, due diligence and post‑deal integration.
• Enhance financial systems and internal controls to improve data visibility and decision‑making.
• Perform ad‑hoc assignments as required.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Professional qualification (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in large organisations, Big 4 or international CPA firm.
• Strong knowledge of HK and PRC accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Extensive group consolidation experience; M&A experience is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• High integrity, ownership mindset and sound professional judgement.
• Ability to work proactively under pressure and independently.
