Senior HR Business Partner / Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner / Generalist to partner with line managers and deliver HR services that support business objectives. The role will manage day‑to‑day people processes, support team leaders, and act as case manager for employee relations matters.

Key responsibilities

• Implement business‑as‑usual HR processes in line with SOPs and guidelines.
• Provide proactive people‑management support to team leaders.
• Manage employee‑relations cases, ensuring compliance with policy and protocol.
• Analyse data and business feedback to drive people‑priority initiatives.
• Support performance management, talent planning, budgeting, and year‑end evaluations.
• Contribute to HR projects, automation, and process improvement in collaboration with other HR teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, social science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in professional services or a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, creativity in problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
