Senior Learning & Development Executive

About the role

The Senior Learning & Development Executive will lead end‑to‑end learning initiatives, drive AI‑enabled training programmes and enhance our eLearning platform to support employee growth and technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full learning cycle – from needs analysis and programme coordination to course development, delivery and evaluation.
• Coordinate AI enablement initiatives, promote AI tool adoption and help create AI‑focused learning solutions.
• Explore AI‑powered tools to improve learner engagement, personalize experiences and boost training effectiveness.
• Manage and continuously improve the eLearning platform, ensuring content is up‑to‑date and users receive timely support.
• Develop engaging digital learning materials, including visual, presentation and video‑based resources.
• Handle logistics for learning programmes such as scheduling, enrolment, communications and reporting.

Required profile

• University graduate with 3–5 years of relevant experience in learning and development.
• Hands‑on experience in training delivery, programme coordination or eLearning content creation.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, digital learning and emerging technologies.
• Strong ownership, detail‑orientation and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
