Senior Officer, Agency Operations

About the role

Prudential is looking for a Senior Officer to organise, perform and implement the day-to-day operations of its agency benefits team. The role covers agent fringe benefits, agent performance monitoring and management, and agent movements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer agency movements such as promotion, demotion, title upgrades and unit transfers.
• Manage agent performance, including monitoring agent production and activity and carrying out contract and position maintenance exercises.
• Implement daily duties on agent fringe benefits, including annual production validation and enrolment of group medical, group life, dental and retirement benefit plans.
• Administer agent retirement arrangements and handle requests for contract extensions.
• Manage agent name card ordering and prepare the annual review of guidelines.
• Handle daily enquiries from agents and leaders on agency benefits and performance management within agreed turnaround times.

Required profile

• Higher diploma or above.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in agency administration or operations, preferably in agency compensation, benefits and contracting.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Result-oriented, detail-focused, good communicator, mature and well-mannered.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
