Senior Recruiter (Investment Banking)

About the role

As a Senior Recruiter at AMS you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders across investment banking functions to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing and securing top talent while ensuring a high‑quality candidate and stakeholder experience in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for investment banking roles.
• Provide market insights, hiring guidance and recruitment expertise as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies in collaboration with sourcing teams.
• Manage role briefings, candidate assessments, interview coordination, offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, conduct workforce planning and talent mapping for future needs.
• Ensure recruitment data accuracy, process compliance and adherence to regulatory and client requirements.

Required profile

• Prior experience recruiting for banking, preferably investment banking.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3‑4 days onsite).
