Senior Staff Software Engineer, Mobile Growth

About the role

OKX is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the Mobile Growth team. You will own the client‑side architecture that powers new‑user acquisition, referral loops, virality mechanisms and reward funnels, driving growth for millions of crypto users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the client‑side architecture for core growth conversion flows, including acquisition, referral, virality and reward systems.
• Develop and evolve the mobile attribution platform, handling MMP integration, attribution modelling, anti‑fraud measures, channel revenue sharing and ROI evaluation.
• Build and optimise growth infrastructure such as funnel instrumentation, experiment frameworks and acquisition loops.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development and local market teams to turn commercial goals into data‑backed engineering proposals.
• Lead technical decision‑making for growth infrastructure, clearly communicating trade‑offs and adjusting based on evidence.
• Apply AI coding tools throughout the development workflow to create repeatable, AI‑assisted processes.
• Mentor team engineers and foster a culture of solution‑oriented development.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in mobile growth engineering.
• Deep expertise in mobile attribution, MMP design, anti‑fraud strategies and ROI analysis.
• Strong experience applying AI‑assisted development tools in production environments.
• Ability to translate commercial objectives into concrete, data‑driven engineering solutions.
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills within a high‑performing engineering team.
