About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment support that helps the business attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates across International Banking’s markets, creating a positive recruitment experience while championing inclusive hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business needs and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment outcomes across relevant segments.
• Partner with stakeholders to achieve successful hiring outcomes while advocating diverse hiring practices.
• Receive, prioritise, and manage recruitment requirements, owning the hiring manager and candidate experience.
• Resolve recruitment‑related issues in line with policies and procedures.
• Source business‑critical skill sets, build talent pipelines, and meet hiring requirements.
• Maintain data integrity through accurate records and robust governance.
• Support internal risk assessments, control design, testing, and remediation activities.
• Analyse process breaks, identify root causes, and implement preventative controls.
• Provide functional advice as a subject‑matter expert and connect users to appropriate processes and solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment in a corporate or banking environment.
• Strong stakeholder partnership and advisory skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate recruitment data and support governance activities.
• Understanding of risk management and control processes.
