About the role
We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Development Lab, where you will help automate daily workflows, reduce reliance on Excel VBA, and build prototypes for new operational and analytical ideas. You will work with a mix of C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python and Excel VBA to create efficient, scalable tools for our investment platform.
Key responsibilities
- Automate daily workflows by addressing operational pain points.
- Replace Excel VBA solutions with more robust, maintainable code.
- Develop prototypes or tactical tools to validate new operational or analytics concepts.
Required profile
- Proven coding experience with languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or R.
- Willingness to step out of your comfort zone, learn new technologies and acquire business knowledge.
- Strong English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in C#.
- Experience with Java.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong Python programming abilities.
- Familiarity with R.
- Ability to use Excel VBA for spreadsheet automation.
