System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a System Administrator to manage and optimise our trading infrastructure in a 24×5 shift environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, performance, and security of our trading systems while providing rapid technical support for trading‑related incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, upgrade and maintain trading servers and platform components.
• Manage MT4/MT5 infrastructure, data‑center resources and related management tools.
• Configure and maintain liquidity‑provider bridges, plugins and third‑party APIs.
• Monitor server performance, network latency, connectivity and overall system health.
• Analyse logs, troubleshoot incidents and respond quickly to execution issues.
• Provide technical support to Risk, Trading, Customer Service and other internal teams.
• Maintain system security, firewalls, DDoS protection, backup and disaster‑recovery measures.
• Identify infrastructure risks and implement preventive solutions.
• Optimise architecture to improve stability, latency and execution performance.
• Support automation and operational improvements where applicable.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in trading system operations, system engineering or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with MT4/MT5 or comparable trading platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, TCP/IP and VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with SQL/MySQL and basic scripting or programming (e.g., Python).
• Ability to work 24×5 rotating shifts, including nights.
• Good communication skills and the capacity to work with both technical and non‑technical teams.
