Tax Reporting Senior Manager

About the role

OKX is seeking a Tax Reporting Senior Manager to lead global tax compliance and reporting as the company expands internationally. The role works closely with Finance, Legal and product teams to ensure accurate tax filings and proactive risk management across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance matters for the Group, coordinating with finance teams and external advisors to deliver timely and accurate filings in all jurisdictions.
• Monitor and document tax risks, assess uncertain tax positions, and support reporting requirements.
• Prepare quarterly tax provisions, track effective tax rates, cash tax positions, and analyse material variances.
• Lead implementation and ongoing compliance of Pillar 2 in more than 15 jurisdictions, including deferred tax assessments and filing obligations.
• Stay abreast of global tax legislation changes, identify impacts, and provide proactive solutions to business units.
• Partner with business teams to advise on tax implications and support decision‑making.
• Assist with tax controversies, managing audits, submissions and resolution processes alongside local finance and external advisors.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives, enhancing documentation standards, reporting workflows and tax automation.
• Build strong relationships with non‑tax stakeholders to share tax insights and ensure alignment.

Required profile

• 10+ years of international tax experience, ideally combining Big 4 advisory and in‑house roles.
• Strong tax accounting and compliance expertise with an analytical, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑starter comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, start‑up‑like environment.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Pillar 2 concepts and Country‑by‑Country reporting.
• Proven ability to manage complex tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
