Total Rewards Manager – Regional Coverage

About the role

The Total Rewards Manager will design and implement global compensation and benefits strategies that support business objectives across multiple regions. You will partner with regional HR and business leaders to ensure reward programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus planning, long‑term incentive programs and market benchmarking.
• Partner with regional HR and business leaders to keep reward programs competitive and compliant across markets.
• Conduct compensation analysis, job evaluations, grading exercises and organization‑wide reward reviews.
• Lead global mobility, executive compensation and incentive program initiatives where applicable.
• Manage relationships with external consultants, survey providers and benefits vendors.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior management on reward structures and workforce costs.
• Support business expansion and transformation projects from a rewards perspective.
• Ensure governance, compliance and consistency of reward policies across global operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, preferably in multinational or regional/global headquarters environments.
• Proven experience managing reward programmes across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel for HR data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
