Vice President – Risk Management

About the role

We are looking for a Vice President to join our Risk Management team in Hong Kong. You will manage a portfolio of large multinational clients, oversee insurance program renewals and provide day‑to‑day client support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large multinational clients, handling insurance program renewals and daily inquiries.
• Understand client risk exposures and deliver insurance solutions using the Marsh client servicing model.
• Collaborate with Marsh placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams on renewals and solutions.
• Interact regularly with clients to address coverage questions, program adjustments and account issues.
• Coordinate with Marsh network offices to meet local service standards and goals.
• Own account profitability, budgeting and receivables, and ensure implementation of Marsh Professional Standards.
• Coach team members to deliver timely, focused customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, risk management or a related field.
• IIQE or ANZIIF qualification.
• 15+ years of experience in general insurance, preferably with underwriting background.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, responsible and flexible.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
