Deputy Custody Manager & Business Officer – Accounting & Administration

About the role

The position supports the custody and administrative functions of the organization, combining financial system management with day‑to‑day office operations. It acts as a bridge between finance, IT, and various business units to ensure smooth processes and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in office administrative optimisation projects, analyse current processes and propose improvement plans.
• Administer financial, banking and business systems – manage user accounts, monitor operations and resolve basic system issues.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental projects, ensuring effective communication and timely progress.
• Handle office administration tasks such as supplies management, facilities maintenance and staff administrative matters.
• Support management with travel arrangements, meeting preparation, material creation and follow‑up on decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with accounting or finance knowledge.
• Strong communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing processes.
• Problem‑solving mindset, capable of identifying issues independently and proposing practical solutions.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a service‑driven spirit.
