Assistant Vice President - Corporate Team

About the role

Marsh is seeking an experienced professional to join its Corporate Broking team in Hong Kong. The role involves leading personal accounts, creating client‑focused documents, and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead personal accounts by setting goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring service exceeds client expectations.
• Draft comprehensive project documents such as white papers, quantitative analyses, and presentations to generate sales opportunities.
• Research markets and industries to identify growth areas and trends for internal use.
• Conduct data analyses to support proposal creation and client presentations.
• Address escalated issues, manage expectations, and mitigate relationship risks.
• Provide technical and transactional support for complex, high‑priority relationships.
• Develop strong relationships with client counterparts and represent Marsh at industry events.
• Coach junior team members by leading through example.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Preferred holder of ACII or ANZIIF certification.
• 8+ years of experience in broking or general insurance.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
