Associate Director, Agency Management

About the role

Prudential is looking for an Associate Director to act as Account Manager for assigned agencies within an Agency Zone. The role drives business growth (APE, MDRT, recruitment, active ratio, etc.) through in-depth KPI study, business analysis and full execution, while acting as a business consultant to agency leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth across APE, MDRT, recruitment and active ratio through KPI study, business analysis and full execution.
• Act as a business consultant, giving constructive ideas to agency leaders and working with business enablers.
• Build a professional agency management model by taking part in business planning meetings (monthly, quarterly, annual) and agency strategy development.
• Ensure agency quality through compliance monitoring and proactive identification of areas for improvement.
• Support people development by supervising Zone members, driving them toward higher goals and keeping them committed to the company's goals and values.

Required profile

• University degree in any discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in sales or sales management roles.
• Exceptional understanding and experience of agency distribution.
• Proven people and management skills, ability to influence multiple stakeholders and to work with diverse personalities and cultures in an international organisation.
• High standards and integrity; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
