About the role
Zurich Insurance (HK) is hiring a Claims Program Associate to join the Claims Express Hub. This one‑year rotational program offers a fast‑track entry into insurance claims, covering policy interpretation, investigation, evaluation and best‑practice handling across personal lines such as Travel, Personal Accident, Property and Motor. High performers may be offered permanent employment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of claims operations from investigation to settlement.
- Learn local regulatory and governance requirements for claims handling.
- Identify potential fraud and recovery opportunities.
- Apply effective communication and negotiation techniques with a customer‑centric mindset.
Required profile
- Diploma holder with 1–2 years of relevant work experience (preferred) or fresh university graduate with a strong interest in insurance claims.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of logical, critical thinking.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
