- Develop and run account plans to secure client retention, satisfaction and growth, and proactively pursue upselling and cross-selling of the IAS product suite.
- Understand clients' goals and challenges so they achieve their desired outcomes with IAS solutions.
- Prepare and lead regular business reviews (QBRs) with clients, presenting performance metrics, insights and recommendations.

- Act as the client's champion within IAS, feeding feedback to the Product team to help shape the product roadmap.
- Identify and engage potential partners and brands, and build relationships with agency partners to bring new revenue through the agency channel.

- Experience managing, consulting and negotiating with clients and/or agency partners, with a track record of retaining and growing a portfolio.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team, in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, rapidly growing environment, and to be hands-on with operational tasks.
Required skills
- Strong analytical skills: analysing data, spotting business questions and turning them into actionable recommendations.
